1-hour delivery in Jamnagar only.
Where we deliver
We deliver only within Jamnagar city [add areas or pincodes, e.g. 361001, 361002, 361003, 361004, 361005, 361006, 361007, 361008..]. We do not deliver outside Jamnagar at this time.
Enter your address and pincode at checkout. If it is outside our delivery area, the order cannot be placed.
Delivery time
- We aim to deliver your order within 1 hour of order confirmation.
- Delivery hours: [e.g. 8 AM to 10 PM, every day]. Orders placed outside these hours are delivered when we open the next day.
- Heavy rain, heavy traffic, festival rush or high order volume can cause delays. We will let you know if your order will be late.
- Bulk items such as 15 kg oil tins and 30 kg grain bags may take longer. [confirm]

Order updates
We confirm your order and update you when it is out for delivery, by [WhatsApp / SMS / call]. Please keep your phone reachable.
At the time of delivery
- Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, wrong or missing, tell the delivery person and message us right away with photos.
- If we cannot reach you or no one is available at the address, the order may be cancelled or rescheduled.
